Combine the miso and puree with 4 tsp cold water. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the scallions for 2 minutes. Add the miso pureé and water. Mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over a low flame. Spread on Eden Brown Rice Crackers, whole grain bread or use as a condiment with cooked organic grains or any Eden Pasta.
