Sunflower Seed Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, dry pan roasted, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cup fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Place all ingredient in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve over any Eden Pasta.
