Parsley Garlic Spaghetti with Red Sauce

Serves 7 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes

Parsley Garlic Spaghetti with Red Sauce

Ingredients

14 ounces Eden Organic Parsley Garlic Spaghetti, 1 package

14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes, do not drain
Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, or Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Roasted Onion & Garlic

2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp grated lemon peel

1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Cook pasta as package directs, drain and place in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Heat remaining oil in a skillet and sauté garlic 1 to 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, lemon peel and sea salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from flame and mix in fresh basil. Toss the sauce in with the pasta and serve.

Eden Organic Parsley Garlic Ribbons can be substituted for the Parsley Garlic Spaghetti.
