Parsley Garlic Spaghetti with Red Sauce

Parsley Garlic Spaghetti with Red Sauce


14 ounces Eden Parsley Garlic Spaghetti, 1 package

14 1/2 ounces Eden Diced Tomatoes, do not drain
Eden Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, or Eden Diced Tomatoes w/Roasted Onion & Garlic

2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp grated lemon peel

1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste


Cook pasta as package directs, drain and place in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Heat remaining oil in a skillet and sauté garlic 1 to 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, lemon peel and sea salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from flame and mix in fresh basil. Toss the sauce in with the pasta and serve.

Eden Parsley Garlic Ribbons can be substituted for the Parsley Garlic Spaghetti.
