Polenta Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic corn grits (polenta), coarsely ground variety
  • 3 cup Eden Apple Juice
  • 1/4 cup organic seedless raisins
    or Eden Dried Wild Blueberries, or Eden Dried Cranberries
  • 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
  • 3 tsp any Eden Gomasio, for garnish
    Eden Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake, Eden Roasted Pumpking Seeds, or Eden Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Directions

Place the apple juice, raisins and sea salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk in the corn grits. Stir constantly until it thickens. Cover, reduce the flame to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Place in serving bowls and sprinkle a teaspoon of any Eden Gomasio, Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake or Pumpkin Seeds on top of each bowl.
