Polenta Porridge

Polenta Porridge


1 cup organic corn grits (polenta), coarsely ground variety

3 cup Eden Organic Apple Juice

1/4 cup organic seedless raisins
or Eden Organic Dried Wild Blueberries, or Eden Organic Dried Cranberries

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

3 tsp any Eden Organic Gomasio, for garnish
Eden Organic Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake, Eden Organic Roasted Pumpking Seeds, or Eden Organic Spicy Pumpkin Seeds


Place the apple juice, raisins and sea salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk in the corn grits. Stir constantly until it thickens. Cover, reduce the flame to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Place in serving bowls and sprinkle a teaspoon of any Eden Organic Gomasio, Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake or Pumpkin Seeds on top of each bowl.
