Oat Flakes with Dried Fruit

Directions
Place the oats, dried fruit, sea salt, Edensoy and water in a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 20 minutes until the oats are done. Place in serving bowls and garnish with any Eden Organic Gomasio, Dulse Flakes or Eden Shake.
