Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eden Umeboshi Plums, remove pits
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp onion, minced
  • 3/4 cup precooked, leftover short grain brown rice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp organic roasted tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 tsp any Eden Mustard

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
