Brown Rice and Chickpeas with Tekka

1 cup organic short grain brown rice, washed and drained
1 cup Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
or cooked Eden Dry Garbanzo Beans
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
2 cups cold water
1 tsp Eden Tekka, for garnish
Eden Shake, or any Eden Gomasio
Place the brown rice, garbanzo beans, sea salt and water in a heavy medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and simmer for 1 hour. Remove and place in a serving bowl. Garnish each serving of rice and beans with a couple pinches of tekka.
