Noodles with Golden Tofu Nuggets

Noodles with Golden Tofu Nuggets


4 servings Golden Tofu Nuggets, (see Eden's recipe)

8 ounces any Eden Soba, 1 package
or any Eden Udon

1/8 cup Eden Wakame Flakes

2 Tbsp Eden Shake
or any Eden Gomasio


Cook noodles according to package directions, until a tad short of done. Stir the wakame flakes into the noodles. Cook until noodles are tender but still chewy and the wakame is reconstituted, about 30 seconds. Drain. Transfer to a bowl and toss in the Golden Tofu Nuggets. Garnish with Eden Shake and adjust the flavor by adding extra shoyu or oil, if desired.
