Asian Noodles with Golden Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients

Golden Tofu Nuggets

8 ounces any Eden Organic Soba, 1 package
    or any Eden Organic Udon
1/8 cup Eden Wakame Flakes
2 Tablespoons Eden Shake
    or any Eden Organic Gomasio

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, until a tad short of done. Stir the wakame flakes into the noodles. Cook until noodles are tender but still chewy and the wakame is reconstituted, about 30 seconds. Drain. Transfer to a bowl and toss in the Golden Tofu Nuggets. Garnish with Eden Shake and adjust the flavor by adding extra shoyu or oil, if desired.
