Cranberry Sauce - Fresh Cranberries

Serves 6 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes

Cranberry Sauce - Fresh Cranberries

Ingredients

2 cups cranberries, sorted and washed

1/2 cup organic seedless raisins

1 cup Eden Organic Apple Juice

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Eden Organic Kuzu Root Starch, dissolved in 2 T. cold water

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients, except the kuzu, in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and simmer for 15 minutes. Slowly add the diluted kuzu, stirring constantly until thick. Place in a serving bowl and chill in the freezer before serving.

Note: For a sweeter flavor, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of organic pure maple syrup.
