Guacamole - Chili Spiced

Guacamole - Chili Spiced

Ingredients

2 avocado, seeded and peeled

1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt

1/2 cup Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, well drained

1/4 cup scallions, green part only, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 or 2 pinches cayenne pepper, or to taste, optional

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Mash the avocado pulp with a fork or potato masher. Mix in all remaining ingredients and serve with any Eden chips or crackers.
