Baby Greens with Sweet Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tablespoons Eden Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Eden Organic Barley Malt Syrup
2 teaspoons any Eden Organic Mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons organic maple syrup
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 cup baby salad greens
1/4 cup red onion, sliced into thin rounds
1/2 cup carrots, coarsely grated
1/4 cup Eden Organic Dried Cranberries
    Eden Organic Dried Wild Blueberries

Directions

Whisk together the first seven ingredients. Place the salad greens, red onion, dried cherries and carrots into a mixing bowl and toss. Pour the dressing over and toss again to mix.
