Apple Cherry Fruit Kanten


2 cups Eden Cherry Juice

2 cups Eden Apple Juice

5 Tbsp Eden Agar Agar Flakes

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

1/2 cup apples, sliced thin

1/2 cup cherries, pitted, halved


Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Do not cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium low and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the agar flakes have dissolved. Pour into a shallow serving dish and refrigerate until gelled, about 1 1/2 hours. Spoon out or slice to serve.
