To prepare the crust, mix the flour, sea salt and oil until the consistency of corn meal. Stir in the Edensoy and form into a ball. Divide dough in half. Roll into two flat pie crusts.
In a saucepan mix the kuzu with cool apple juice until dissolved. Place on low heat and stir until thick. Add fruit and stir. Place mixture over bottom crust in a pie plate, add and edge the top crust. Preheat the oven to 425° and bake 15 minutes; lower to 350° and bake 30 minutes more or until the crust is golden. Allow to cool before slicing.
Yields 1 pie; 2 crusts, 1 slice per person
