Hummus - Sesame Free


  • 45 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, 3 cans, drained, reserve liquid
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • Garnish
  • 1/2 tsp ground sweet paprika
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 cup pitted black olives


Place the garbanzos, 1/2 cup reserved bean liquid, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and spices in a food processor or blender. Puree until creamy and smooth, adding a bit more bean liquid if needed for desired consistency. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with paprika and parsley. Set olives around the edges and place one in the center of the hummus. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips or warm organic pita bread.
