Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more horseradish if desired. Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate. Keeps for about 5 days. Delicious on Hiziki Potato Salad (please see Eden's recipe), coleslaw, bean or spinach salads.
