Baked Black Eyed Peas

Ingredients

30 ounces Eden Organic Black Eyed Peas, 2 cans, do not drain
1 cup organic seitan (wheat meat), cubed, optional
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 Tablespoons Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Eden Organic Brown Mustard
2 Tablespoons Eden Organic Barley Malt Syrup
2 teaspoons organic maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, minced for garnish

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together and place in a covered baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 5 minutes or so to brown the peas. Remove, garnish with parsley and serve.
