Fried Rice and Beans

Cook Time 10 minutes
Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add rice, garbanzo beans, sweet corn and shoyu. Cover and reduce flame to medium. Cook 5 minutes. Mix rice and toss in the green onions. Sauté, stirring frequently until the rice and beans are hot.
Eden Tekka, Eden Shake, Eden Dulse Flakes or any Eden Gomasio may be sprinkled on the rice for a condiment and extra flavor.
