Wakame Mixed Fruit Salad

Serves 6 | Prep Time 1 hour | Cook Time 10 minutes

Wakame Mixed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Eden Wakame Flakes, soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover

1 cup Eden Dried Montmorency Cherries, coarsely chopped
or whole Eden Organic Dried Cranberries

2 tangerines, peeled and sectioned, seeds removed

2 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup apples, thinly sliced

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

1/4 cup slivered organic almonds, dry pan roasted

1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Drain the wakame, discard the soaking water, and place wakame in a mixing bowl. Gently mix in all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour before mixing again and serving.
