Ribbon Pasta with Pesto

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 7 minutes

8 ounces any Eden Organic Ribbons, 1 package
or any Eden Ribbon Pasta

2 cups fresh basil, packed and chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
or 1 T. Eden Organic Shiro Miso

Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain. Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, water and sea salt or miso in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve over the cooked pasta.
