Spaghetti with Peanut Mustard Pesto

Cook Time 15 minutes
Cook pasta as package directs. While the pasta is cooking, blend all pesto ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Place in bowl. Place the blanched vegetables in a mixing bowl. When the pasta is done, rinse and drain. Place the pasta in the bowl with the vegetables. Toss to mix. Add the pesto sauce, mix and serve.
