Red Bean Rice



Heat oil in a sauce pan. Sauté garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice and sauté 3 minutes. Add water, tomatoes and sea salt. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Toss in the red beans and mix. Remove, place in a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
