Black Bean Chili Dip

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes

Black Bean Chili Dip

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Black Beans, drained
or cooked Eden Organic Dry Black Beans

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup onion, diced

14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, do not drain

1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt

1 tsp ground cumin
or ground coriander

1/4 tsp chili powder, or to taste

1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Place in a serving bowl and serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Vegetable Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Wasabi Chips or organic corn chips.
