Millet and Sweet Vegetables

Serves 3 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup Eden Organic Millet, washed and drained

3 cups water

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

1/2 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup carrots, diced

2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tsp Eden Shiso Leaf Powder
Eden Dulse, Eden Shake, or any Eden Organic Gomasio

2 tsp fresh parsley, finely minced

Directions

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Add millet and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, corn, carrots and sea salt. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 to 35 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle equal amounts of Eden Beefsteak Leaf Powder , Eden Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake or Eden Organic Gomasio and parsley over each serving.
