Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Add millet and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, corn, carrots and sea salt. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 to 35 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle equal amounts of Eden Beefsteak Leaf Powder , Eden Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake or Eden Organic Gomasio and parsley over each serving.
