Basil Tomato Pesto

Ingredients

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Eden Organic Shiro Miso
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, do not drain
1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted
4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with any Eden Pasta.

Variation: Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies can be substituted for a spicier pesto.
