Pinto Dip - Spicy

Ingredients
30 ounces Eden Organic Pinto Beans, 2 cans, drained
1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed or lime juice
2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar, or to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, drained, reserve liquid
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped or fresh cilantro
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine

Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine beans, shoyu, lemon or lime juice, ume plum vinegar, garlic, cumin and cayenne. Blend well, adding reserved tomato juice a small amount at a time until desired consistency is reached. Fold in tomatoes, parsley or cilantro, green onion and pepper by hand. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Vegetable Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips or Wasabi Chips.
