Gemelli Pasta with Basil Pine Nut Pesto

12 ounces Eden Spelt & Buckwheat Gemelli, 1 package
Eden Kamut & Quinoa Twisted PairĀ® Gemelli

4 cups fresh basil, packed and chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
or 1 Tbsp. Eden Shiro Miso


Cook pasta as package directs, rinse if desire, and drain. Place all other ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve over the cooked pasta or toss the pesto in with the cooked pasta just before serving.
