Saffron Ribbons with Asparagus

Cook Time 15 minutes
Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes until tender. Place pasta, asparagus and all remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss.
As a variation, 3 to 4 cups of small broccoli florets may be substituted for asparagus.
