Kamut Pasta Salad

Kamut Pasta Salad


12 ounces Eden Kamut Spirals
or any Eden Spiral Pasta

1 cup pitted black olives, chopped

1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely minced

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped


1/3 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard

2 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar, or to taste

1/4 cup Eden Garlic Gomasio

3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional


Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and cool. Add black olives, green onions, parsley and red pepper. Mix dressing ingredients together and add to the salad. Stir in dressing and serve.
