Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. To make the sauce, heat the oil in a sauce pan. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the flour, reduce the flame to low, and stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes. Slowly add the Edensoy, stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce thickens. Add the sea salt, oregano and peppers. Simmer 5 minutes. Turn off heat, mix in noodles and parsley. Serve.
