Parsley Garlic Spaghetti Salad

Parsley Garlic Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

14 ounces Eden Organic Parsley Garlic Spaghetti

14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, drained

1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and diced

1/4 cup small capers, drained

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Dressing

2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbsp any Eden Organic Mustard

1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Break the spaghetti into small pieces. Cook as package directs, drain and set aside. Mix dressing. Add dressing and all remaining ingredients to the pasta. Mix thoroughly and serve.
