Tofu Vegetable Pie

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until onions are translucent. Add pepper, kale, broccoli, dill and basil. Turn off heat, set aside. Mash tofu, add mustard and shoyu. Mix in vegetables and Edensoy. Pour into quiche pan and bake for 1 hour. Allow to set for 10 minutes after cooking. (This is a no crust pie, but you can use any favorite crust if you wish).
