Black Bean Salsa with Tomatoes and Green Chilies

Black Bean Salsa with Tomatoes and Green Chilies


15 ounces Eden Organic Black Beans, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Organic Dry Black Beans

14.5 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, 1 can drained

1/2 cup red onion, minced

3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced
or 1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced


Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix, taste, and add extra lime juice and shoyu, if desired. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Vegetable Chips, Wasabi Chips or organic tortillas.
