Black Bean Salsa with Tomatoes and Green Chilies

Black Bean Salsa with Tomatoes and Green Chilies


15 ounces Eden Black Beans, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Dry Black Beans

14.5 ounces Eden Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, 1 can drained

1/2 cup red onion, minced

2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced
or 1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp fresh lemon juice


Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix, taste, and add extra shoyu, if desired. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips or organic corn chips.
