Curry Sauce

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp organic unbleached white flour

1 clove garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups Edensoy Extra Original
or Edensoy Unsweetened

1/2 tsp curry powder, or to taste

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste

Directions

Heat oil and flour in a sauce pan, stirring constantly for 5 minutes over a medium flame. Add garlic. Slowly mix in Edensoy until smooth, whisking constantly. Add curry powder and shoyu. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over cooked grain or any Eden pasta.

As a variation, add fresh sliced vegetables when adding the curry and shoyu for a great quick meal.
