Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Oil and lightly flour an 8" x 8" cake pan. In a large bowl, blend all dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, blend all liquid ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir thoroughly. Add nuts and raisins, if using, and mix well. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. When cool, top with your favorite fruit, chopped nuts or frosting.
