Sourdough Bread with Olive Oil/Garlic Dip

1 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
16 slices whole grain sourdough bread
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely minced
Mix the olive oil, parsley and garlic together, and place in a bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons per person into individual dipping bowls.
