Navy Bean and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Navy Beans, 1 can, drained
or cooked Eden Organic Dry Navy Beans

12 ounce roasted red peppers, drained, reserve 1/4 cup liquid

1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 cup scallion greens, chopped

1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Serve with Eden Sea Vegetable Chips or Eden Nori Maki Crackers, organic tortilla, pita bread or vegetables.
