Black Bean Tomato Chili Salsa

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Black Soybeans, 1 can, drained

14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, 1 can, drained

1/2 cup red onion, minced

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

2 Tbsp green onion, chopped

3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1/8 tsp dried coriander

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste, and add extra lime juice and shoyu if desired.
