Kidney Bean Spread with Tomatoes

Kidney Bean Spread with Tomatoes


15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, 1 can, drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 tsp ground cumin
or ground coriander

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp red onion, minced

1 cup Eden Diced Tomatoes, drained


Reserve cooking liquid from the beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy. Add some of the bean cooking liquid until the desired consistency. Serve with Eden Wasabi Chips or Eden Arare 5 Flavor Crackers, tortilla, pita bread or vegetables.
