White Bean Hummus


  • 15 ounces Eden Great Northern Beans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
    or Eden Cannellini Beans
  • 3 Tbsp organic roasted tahini (sesame butter)
  • 2 tsp Eden Umeboshi Paste, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced


Place all other ingredients into a food processor or blender, and puree. Add the bean cooking liquid, a little at a time, until the right consistency. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips, sesame bread sticks, pita bread or vegetables.
