Mix beans, carrots, parsley, sesame seed, and green onions together in a bowl. In a small bowl, blend the tahini, garlic, water, and ume plum vinegar. Pour over the salad, and toss. Season with extra vinegar, if desired. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce. Sprinkle on Eden Organic Gomasio or Garlic Gomasio.
