Kidney Bean Spread

Kidney Bean Spread


15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
or cooked Eden Dry Kidney Beans

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp red onion, minced


Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, except the bean cooking liquid. Slowly add the bean cooking liquid until it is the right consistency. Serve with Eden Brown Chips, Vegetable Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Wasabi Chips, Eden Nori Maki Crackers, organic tortilla, pita bread or raw vegetables.
