Preheat oven to 400°. Place the chickpeas on a paper towel lined tray and pat dry to remove water from rinsing. Pick out and discard any loose bean skins. When dry, place the chickpeas on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Mix the spices together and sprinkle over the chickpeas. Mix well and bake about 35 minutes. Sprinkle on the lemon juice, mix, and bake another 5 to 10 or until golden brown and crunchy. Remove and place in a bowl.
