Quick Black Soybean & Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

30 ounces Eden Organic Black Soybeans, rinsed and drained

16 ounces prepared salsa

1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place ingredients in a mixing bowl, gently toss, and serve with any Eden Chips or organic corn chips.

Yield: about 6 cup; 1/4 cup per person
