Ingredients

  • 30 ounces Eden Black Soybeans, rinsed and drained
  • 16 ounces prepared salsa
  • 1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced

Directions

Place ingredients in a mixing bowl, gently toss, and serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips or organic corn chips.

Yield: about 6 cup; 1/4 cup per person
