Navy Bean Dip

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 2 hours

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked Eden Organic Dry Navy Beans

1/3 cup Eden Bonito Flakes, crumbled

1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup minced red onion

1/4 cup minced parsley

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste

1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Cook beans per box directions. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds until creamy. Add a small amount of bean cooking liquid to desired consistency if needed - not to thick or thin - about 1/4 cup.
